Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) who reports on user interactions on this website.
The information collected by Google Analytics (including the anonymized IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. According to Google only in exceptional cases the full IP address may be transmitted directly to a Google server in the USA and encrypted there. We are the Controller of data protection according to Art. 28 GDPR and Section 62 BDSG (new) (German Federal Data Protection Act).
If you submit an application via our website’s recruiting system, you provide us with your personal data voluntarily. The processing of your data is carried out solely for the purpose of filling the vacant positions at our company and reviewing the suitability of the candidates. In the context of the application, the recognizable data of the input mask are collected and processed for our own purposes. In this context, we collect the following data in order to review your application:

- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your place of residence (optional)
- Your CV (per document upload)
- Your earliest possible start date with us
- Your desired salary (optional)

These submitted data are transmitted to Greenhouse in encrypted form and stored and processed there in a database to which we, as the Controller, have access.
We reserve the right to store your data in our applicant pool for a period of six months after completion of the application procedure, in order to identify any further interesting positions for you. By submitting your application, You agree to storage beyond the statutory requirements. You can revoke this consent at any time and object to the storage of your data.
The legal basis for the above processing is: Art. 88 GDPR, Section 26 BDSG (new) (German Federal Data Protection Act).

6.2 Data transfer outside of the EU
Some of these service providers are based in a country outside the EU/EEA. However, we exclusively work with companies that offer an appropriate data protection level in line with the stipulations of the GDPR. We also have appropriate agreements in place to ensure that the service providers will take all necessary measures to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable requirements.
The data transmission to service providers in the USA is carried out on the basis of the so-called “EU-US Privacy Shield” or on so-called “standard contractual clauses” of the EU-Commission. 7 YOUR RIGHTS

However, with regard to pseudonymised usage profiles created by us ,we are not able to allocate these to individual persons. Accordingly, we cannot provide any information relating to these data, unless you provide us with information, which enables us to allocate such data to your person.
